Reta Smith - Sales & Marketing

Reta Smith has been in the SERVPRO Industry on and off since 2009. In 2020 she joined the marketing team for SERVPRO of North Prince William County. She is very active on the marketing side and has an extensive background history in marketing and business development. 

She is a pure and simple people person and loves to be able to help clients and coworkers. She has three beloved fur babies and a smile on her face all of the time. Her past experiences include: Marketing Manager, Dispatch Manager, Project Manager and at one point she even owned her own Cleaning Company.

Doris Medrano - Contents & Cleaning Manager

Doris Medrano started SERVPRO in 2012 and has many years of experience dealing with Fire, Water, Mold and Biohazard jobs. Doris started her position as an Office Administrator and shortly transferred to the restoration field as her skills drew her to Contents work. There are many different pieces involved in sorting, packing, moving, cleaning, storing and returning a client’s belongings. Doris is a master at planning and executing this process.  But her most vital skill is the ability to build a relationship with her clients.  She maintains communication by phone and text daily so clients know their things are in good hands. 

Doris has 4 daughters. Outside of work, Doris enjoys spending time with her family and fur babies. Her goal is to set her children for a successful future.

Cindy Garza - Reconstruction Manager

Cindy Garza joined SERVPRO of North Prince William County in 2021 as an Office Manager for Water Mitigation; however, her skills drew her to Reconstruction. In 2022 she was promoted to Reconstruction Project Manager. Her previous experience as an Insurance Claims Adjuster makes her invaluable and very efficient in her current role as she has a full understanding of Water, Fire, Mold & Reconstruction and the Insurance Industry. She coordinates of all Reconstruction jobs with our Contractors and works closely with the project managers “to ensure we are hitting our targets through the rebuild process.

Cindy is originally from New York, she has 2 children one of her sons were recently married. When she is not working, she enjoys dining out, spending time with family/friends and traveling.

Ammad Ahmed - Reconstruction Project Coordinator

Ammad Ahmed joined SERVPRO in 2012 as an Administrative Assistant. He has held many positions from Office Administrator, Assistant Manager to General Manager and as of 2020 he is apart of our reconstruction department. He has over 12 years of experience in Water and Fire Restoration, holds a Water Restoration Technician certification from the IICRC. Ammad strong work ethic and commitment to our customers makes him a tremendous asset for our team. He uses his knowledge and experience to mentor others and is an integral part of our operation. Ammad handles all reconstruction jobs from scheduling our contractors, coordinating with insurance companies, invoicing and accounts receivable.

Ammad has 3 kids and a beloved wife. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with family and listening to music.

Jaime Oteyza - Field Project Manager & Estimator

Jaime Oteyza has been in the SERVPRO Industry since 2005. Jaime has multitudes of experience in the Restoration Industry and holds many certifications. He uses his knowledge and experience to mentor others and is an integral part of our operation as a Field Project Manager/Estimator. His past experiences include: Insurance Claims Adjuster, Insurance Re-inspector, General and Operations Manager.

He has two kids and a beloved wife. Outside of work, he enjoys dining out, spending time with family and friends and watching his daughter cheer and son play hockey. He also enjoys following sports with his son including their favorite Hockey team the “Washington Capitals”.

John Sturtevant - Field Project Manager & Estimator

John Sturtevant has been apart of our team since 2022. John is one of our Field Project Manager/Estimators  he has a wealth of knowledge and is very important to our team with 5 years of Restoration experience and multiple certifications ranging from Water, Fire and Mold. His past experiences include: Co-Owner of a Restoration Company, Dispatcher, Production Technician, Construction Manager and Field Project Manager.

When he is not working, he enjoys playing golf, running and working out.

Oscar Leach - Construction Superintendent

Oscar Leach has been apart of our team since 2022. He comes with a well-rounded work career  and 20+ years of plumbing experience. Oscar spends much of his time helping and answering questions customers might have during their repair process as well as explaining each stage and steps along the way. His past experience: Plumbing Service Director.

He has three kids and a beloved wife. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with family/friends, dining out and watching sports.

Cindy Smith - Office Administrator

Cindy Smith has been in the restoration industry for over 20+ years and has been with our team since 2015. She is certified in Xactimate and IICRC Water Damage. Cindy is very passionate when it comes to assisting with billing for the mitigation department and collections for the company. She was born in Japan and lived their for three years. We look forward to her continued success in our company. Her past experience: Executive Assistant and Customer Service Manager

Outside of work Cindy enjoys traveling, spending time with family, cooking, baking and reading true crime stories, which she says are her “absolute fav thing to do!”

Hikma Yasin - Office Manager

Hikma Yasin joined SERVPRO in 2021 as an Office Administrator until she received her promotion in January 2023 as Office Manager. She has two years of experience in the Restoration Industry and is certified in IICRC Water Damage. Hikma is a vital part of the office as she is responsible for coordinating all pack outs, scheduling new and existing jobs, assists with making sure all job files are uploaded and updated in a timely manner, invoicing and accounts receivable. She maintains communication by phone and text daily, her strong work ethic and commitment to our customers makes her a tremendous asset for our team.

Hikma has 2 kids and a beloved Husband. Outside of work, Hikma enjoys spending time with family, traveling and exploring new cities across the U.S.

Alexis Charoensiri - Office Administrator

Alexis Charoensiri joined SERVPRO in 2020 as an Office Administrator. She has three years of experience in the Restoration Industry and is certified in IICRC Water Damage. She helps maintain our social media and virtual marketing presents, she attends marketing events such as community events, parades and trade shows. Alexis is a vital part of the office as she is responsible for all the timely and accurate job files for all of our jobs in Water Mitigation, she also assists with making sure all time sheets are accurate for payroll, accounts receivable and finalizing insurance claims for our clients.

When she is not working she enjoys, spending time with family/friends, traveling and going to different amusement parks.

Lawrence Asare - Crew Chief Technician

Lawrence Asare has been with SERVPRO since 2018. He comes with 10+ years of experience and several certifications ranging from Water, Fire, Mold, Lead and Asbestos. His work days are unpredictable and oftentimes, very intense and stressful. Lawrence takes pride in his work, and wants every customer to know that each cleanup & restoration project is a team effort. He recently led our Storm Team in responding to the massive clean up & restoration efforts in Texas, helping to restore dozens of storm damaged homes and businesses. His past experience: Production Technician

Lawrence has two beloved children and a wife. Outside of work, he manages going to college, playing video games and spending time with family.

Lorenzo Smith has been with SERVPRO since 2012 and began his career as a Production Helper. In 2022 he was promoted to Production Crew Chief. Lorenzo has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration. Lorenzo takes pride in his work, and wants every customer to know that each cleanup & restoration project is a team effort. He recently led our Storm Team in responding to the massive clean up & restoration efforts in Florida, helping to restore dozens of storm damaged homes and businesses. Outside of SERVPRO, he enjoys eating and spending time with friends/family and watching his nieces and nephews.

DeJuan Solomon - Crew Chief Technician

DeJuan Solomon has been with SERVPRO for over 10+ years. He comes with IICRC Certifications in Advanced Structural Drying, Water Restoration, and Carpet Cleaning and Repair. He is an expert in project management and his efficiency on jobs, and his willingness to go “above and beyond” for any customer, have made him an integral leader within the company. His past experience: Production Helper.

Outside of work, he spends time with his 2 kids. He enjoys dining out, traveling, visiting local wineries, playing video games and building his shoe collection.

Johnathan Ford - Crew Chief Technician

Johnathan Ford has been with SERVPRO for over 12+ years. He comes with many certifications and has a broad experience that gives him the background and dynamics to attack any restoration problem our customers face. He is a huge asset to the company. His past experience: Production Helper.

In his free time when he is not working he is spending time with his kids. Johnathan enjoys playing video games, working on his mustang and attending car meets.

Thomas Parrish - Crew Chief Technician

Thomas Parrish has 40+ years of mitigation experience and his knowledge goes well beyond his expertise dealing with jobs of all sizes. He has the knowledge to scope jobs as needed and he is able to keep relationships with customers and help them during their times of need. Tommy takes pride in his work, and wants every customer to know that each cleanup & restoration project is a team effort. He recently led our Storm Team in responding to the massive clean up & restoration efforts in Florida, helping to restore dozens of storm damaged homes and businesses. His past experience: Owner of a flooring company and Crew Chief Technician.

Outside of work, Tommy enjoys grilling, spending time with his wife, family and grand kids, going to the casino and watching Sunday Football. His favorite team is the Cowboys.
